Common questions
- Is the answer a planning certificate?
- No. SplitCheck gives an indicative answer from public planning data. Always confirm with a registered town planner and the council before you rely on it or spend money.
- An answer looks wrong.
- Use “Report an issue” in SplitCheck, or email us with the address. We check every report.
- Cancelling or a refund.
- See Refunds and cancelling.
- Deleting your account or getting a copy of your data.
- You can delete your account from the account screen. For a copy of what we hold, or any privacy question, see the Privacy Policy or email privacy@splitcheck.com.au.
